There are a number of services provided by CCF that are not as evident as the
ones featured on the link bars. These are services which help to make the lives
of our guests a little more comfortable.
Direct referrals to the Office of the SSI/SSDI Outreach Project, a
joint project of Park Center and the Mayor's Commission on Homelessness. The goal of this project is to find and help to qualify
those homeless persons who are eligible to receive SSI or SSDI funds and enable
them to get into housing.
